MILK-BASED POWDER – ADD WATER
Directions for Preparation and Use:
Your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, use and storage instructions below. Ask your baby's doctor about infant formula-feeding* including how much to feed and the need to sterilize (boil) water and preparation utensils before mixing formula. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who may have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor.
Pour desired amount of water into clean container. See chart below. Add 1 unpacked level scoop (9.0 g) of powder for each 2 fl. oz. of water. (Only use enclosed scoop.) STIR WELL.
Pour formula into bottle or cup. Feed your baby immediately OR refrigerate and use bottle or cup within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
Or mix formula with cereal or other solid foods. Feed your baby immediately. Discard food left in bowl after feeding.
Do not use microwave to warm formula. Serious burns may result.
Tightly cover open container and use within 1 month. Store open and unopened containers in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage temperatures.
