We want our community to be a fun, friendly and safe environment for everyone. As part of our commitment to you, we want to help make sure that conversations and content on our social media feeds are in line with Gerber’s family-friendly philosophies. Accordingly, we ask that you do not post content that violates our House Rules or the platform-specific Terms of Use, and we reserve the right to remove posts that are inconsistent with the rules or are otherwise inappropriate at our discretion.

Please understand that comments, content, and other information (collectively, “User Content”) posted by other users do not represent the opinions of Gerber or Nestlé.

User Submission Guidelines

• Be Original. Respect intellectual property rights. Only share content and comments you have rights to and that don’t infringe on the rights of others. For example, if you are not the parent or legal guardian of the child that appears in the content, or if you don’t have permission from everyone who appears in the content, please don't post it. Please also refrain from posting professional photography if you do not have permission to do so.

• Keep it Clean. Don’t share any content that is abusive, violent, pornographic, inappropriate, defamatory, racially or morally offensive, illegal, threatening, deceptive, misleading, or obscene. Hate speech, bullying, and attacking other parents will not be tolerated.

• Be Tasteful. Photos should not expose a child’s bottom. Children older than 24 months should be fully clothed. Please also refrain from posting photos of your child in the bathtub.

• Stay on Topic. Please do not spam. Keep content relevant to the subjects we cover, and please, no commercial solicitations or promotions of another company, or external links to a non-Gerber website. Please refrain from posting photos of non-Gerber baby food products.

• Be Safe. Please be mindful of content you upload and do not post photos of children in settings that may compromise their safety. Additionally, don't invade other's privacy or publicity rights; and don't give out your personal information. Make sure that any children in the content are using an appropriate product or food for the Gerber-recommended milestone. Work with your pediatrician if you have questions about your child’s readiness for certain foods or milestones like starting solids.

• Introduce Yourself: If you are affiliated with Gerber (employee, agency, incentivized blogger/brand ambassador, etc.) and you are posting a comment about our products, be sure to let everyone know about your affiliation.

Content Moderation & Usage

• Post Removal: Gerber retains the right to remove any content posted for any reason as it deems necessary to foster a fun, friendly, healthy, and respectful community.

• Locality: Gerber’s social media content is intended for residents of the United States only. This Facebook page is controlled by Gerber Products Company/Nestlé Infant Nutrition from its offices in Arlington, Virginia, United States. • Usage & Reposting: Except in cases where the posting, uploading, or submission of User Content is expressly conditioned on your transferring and assigning your rights in the User Content to us, you retain all of your legal rights, titles, and interest in and to your Content. By uploading content onto our Gerber Facebook page, or to Instagram or TikTok with Gerber specific hashtags (for example, #AnythingforBaby, #GerberPhotoSearch, #GerberBaby, #GerberBabyTok) or a @Gerber tag, you grant (and represent that you have the right to grant) Gerber and its affiliated companies the non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free, perpetual right to use and display your content and any of the concepts or ideas contained in it through Gerber’s online and social media channels, or for advertising, product development, or other commercial purposes, and to edit, stylize, crop, or modify your content as part of that use, all with no additional compensation or further notice to you, and without your additional approval.
