A day in your Supported Sitter’s diet

Supported Sitter (4-6 months)
By Gerber

At the Supported Sitter stage, solid foods are an important way to introduce new tastes and give important nutrients like iron from infant cereal. Breastmilk and formula should remain her main sources of nutrition. Offer breastmilk or formula first and then solid foods such as Gerber Single Grain Cereals and 1st Foods®, and watch for fullness cues.
