

It’s never too early to start a weekend waffle tradition! This recipe for Apple Blueberry Waffles uses basic baking ingredients and a container of apple blueberry puree, making these the most tender and fruitiest waffles ever! Serve with a yogurt dip to add a little protein and extra creaminess.

Makes 4 waffles
Serving size: 1 waffle
Toddler, 12+ months
Ingredients :
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 2oz tub Apple Gerber Blueberry Puree
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup milk of choice
- Optional: yogurt, and blueberries (cut in half) for topping
Steps:
1. Preheat and grease your waffle iron.
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
3. Add batter to your waffle maker and cook for about 7-9 minutes, until golden brown, slightly crispy, and cooked through.
4. Cut waffles and blueberries (if using) into portions appropriate for your baby’s age and stage and serve!
