- 1 cup Gerber® Oatmeal Banana Probiotic Cereal
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- (2) 4-oz packs Gerber® Sweet Potato puree
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375° F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix cereal, baking powder, and spice until combined.
3. Add the puree, egg, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
4. Drop 1 tbsp portions onto the lined baking sheet and flatten with the back of a spoon.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, checking regularly to avoid burning. If they look soft, bake for two more minutes. Cool completely.
6. Cut into bite-size piece appropriate for your little one’s age and stage.
7. Store in an airtight container for two days, or freeze for up to two weeks.
