Introducing a new way to shop Gerber®! We’re grateful to be a trusted source of high-quality, delicious food for babies at every age and stage. Your family is an important part of the Gerber® community, and we want to let you know about a change to the retail side of Gerber.com.

 


  • What’s the change?

    After June 15, 2025 at 11:59pm ET, Gerber® products will no longer be available for purchase directly on Gerber.com. They'll only be sold through our retail partners.

  • How do I find where to buy?

    While you won’t be able to shop on Gerber.com, you can use our website to learn more about our products and search for retailers selling online or near you.

  • What if I have a Gerber.com gift card?

    Gift cards won't be redeemable on Gerber.com after June 15, 2025 at 11:59pm ET. After that, please contact our Parent Resource Center if you have a gift card with a balance.

  • What’s happening to auto-deliveries?

    Existing auto-deliveries that are scheduled to ship by May 15, 2025 will be fulfilled. No new auto-deliveries can be created, effective immediately. Many of our retail partners offer this service, and we encourage you to sign up with them now.

  • What if I made a recent purchase?

    Don’t worry, you’re still getting your order! Just be sure to report any issues within two weeks of delivery. We’ll still accept returns after June 16, 2025, if they meet the requirements outlined in our return policy.

  • Is the MyGerber program going away?

    Nope! Members will still have 24/7 access to experts and personalized content. However, $10-off coupons will only be redeemable on Gerber.com until June 15, 2025, at 11:59 pm ET.
