Ailee is an Austin-based family photographer who is a mom to four active young girls, ages 8 to 1. She has loved babies since a young age and knew she always wanted to have a big family herself. Ailee's obsession with Gerber snacks began years before she became a mom - her college roommates would playfully tease her for tossing Lil' Crunchies into her grocery cart every week. They're still her favorite today! Her youngest child, Poppy, is known for fiercely guarding her strawberry Puff canister from her big sisters! Reading other moms' experiences in parenthood has helped greatly over the past 8 years, and Ailee feels very honored to be a contributor to The Dream Feed and Parent Talk!” You can find Ailee on Instagram at @Snapshotsandmythoughts.

Our daughter, Poppy, turns two years old a week after Valentine's Day, so we are excited to celebrate all the things in the month of love! This is such a fun age of exploration. She is now able to 'keep up' with her three big sisters at the park and spends all her time imitating whatever they are doing. It makes my heart skip a beat watching her g and hear her squeal with glee the entire time! When we are spending one-on-one time, we love playing with her sensory toys, especially  and activity bins. Poppy spends a lot of time rolling playdough into a ball, then giving it a good smoosh. I find it very satisfying as well! As a result of the sensory play and other physical developments, she has learned a whole host of new words recently. We love hearing more of what she has to say - although that sometimes means a whole lot of “No!” Ha!

Thankfully, Poppy still loves trying new foods, which makes creating 'toddler boards’ - a teeny, tiny take on a charcuterie board with appropriately aged portions to be shared - so much fun. Poppy goes to preschool twice a week, and fortunately, Valentine's Day falls on one of those days this year! She is excited to bring in little treat bags to give to her friends. We created these 'Valentine, you're puffect!' cards to go with the yummiest Gerber Puffs snacks! It is a gift that any toddler and mom will be excited to see at the end of the day!

Check out these snacks and more at Gerber.com and let us know which are your toddler’s favorite!
