Yields 24 mini muffins
Serving size for Toddler: 1 muffin, cut in half
Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour

¾ cup Gerber® Oatmeal Cereal

1 tsp cinnamon
-
1 tsp baking powder
-
⅛ tsp salt

(2) 4oz Gerber® Apple puree
-
1 cup milk of choice
-
1 large egg
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
¼ cup melted unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease or line a mini muffin pan.
2. In medium bowl, whisk dry ingredients: flour, cereal, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another medium bowl, mix wet ingredients: puree, milk, egg, vanilla, and butter.
4. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
5. Spoon dough into pan, filling each cup to the top.
6. Bake for 15-17 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
7. Cut into portions appropriate for your baby’s age.
8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days, or freeze for up to one month.
