Banana Blackberry Blueberry Smoothie For Mom

You deserve a little treat. This fruit smoothie is the perfect parents-only pick-me-up! You only need a few ingredients, including a couple baby purees, so it’s ready in no time. You can even add some frozen fruit or Gerber blueberry puffs as a topping for a bit of texture and crunch.   

Recipe: 

Makes 1, 10oz smoothie

Serving size: 1, 10oz smoothie

Adults

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 2 packs Banana Blackberry Blueberry Puree

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

  • Optional: a few each of frozen blueberries and blackberries for brighter color

 

Topping Ingredients:

 

Steps:

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 

  2. Add toppings and enjoy!
